Route description

The race starts in Woodlands Drive then forks right into Underwood Drive, rejoins Woodlands Drive and then continues down Knott Lane.

At the bottom of Knott Lane the race turns right into Low Hall Road, turns left alongside the River Aire then joins the canal at the bottom of Calverley Bar Lane before travelling along the Leeds Liverpool Canal towpath onto Harrogate Road and finishing at Woodhouse Grove School.
